Since July, we’ve been doing a series of posts focusing on Nantucket, taking you through information about the Kitchen Tour, spotlighting the Seven Seas Gallery and showing you scenes from Nantucket that really caught Sue’s eyes this summer. Now we want to highlight the Nantucket Historical Society’s approved historic paint colors. Made by Fine Paints of Europe, the colors are gorgeous and keep the island true to its historical roots.  Here’s a look at our favorite shades and how they’re used throughout the island:

The gray’s and blues have become go-to colors for SBL’s designs – both inside and outside. We hope you find the same inspiration in these historical colors that we do!
